I particularly like to sit at the counter, one seating area, common in Japanese Sushi restaurants.
There we can see and choose fresh ingredients in front of us , enjoy their preparation, and communicate with the chefs.
Located on a small street in the Azabu Juban area , Eat Azabujuban has many fans, individuals and couples. This restaurant has a clean, contemporary feeling, where you should enjoy all the activity, while you wait. You have a variety of choices, sushi/sashimi, tempura, grilled, and Oden Hot Pot.
From the big counter kitchen , people can watch the chefs working in their own section, preparing a variety of Japanese delicacies.
Beverages include not only Japanese drinks, but a nice choice of wines. They also operate a Japanese style steak restaurant in their basement floor.You can also choose from the steak menu and they will serve you.
